Return & Refund Policy

We will handle any return or exchange request if you're not content with your purchase as long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. After thirty days, no requests will be fulfilled. It is important that you get in touch with us by email ([email protected]) as soon as possible.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • We won't accept returns of anything made without permission.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All products must be undamaged or unopened, unused, in their original packing, and in the same state as when they were delivered to you. Also required is the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Customers must select a delivery option that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Costs

  • For International returns, your return charge will be deducted from your refund. Using your own method of return, refunds will only be processed once the items have arrived to our warehouse and If your items don't make it back to us, you'll need to open a dispute with the carrier. You may be liable for import and pay a custom duty charge for orders over the customs threshold.

Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method within a 2-3 day period.

Policies

  • It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance item(s),Free Gift, Swimwear, Underwear, Panties and Accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order. Note:You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
  • Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Note:Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • On sale items are non-refundable.
  • Customers are not reimbursed for any lost or damaged goods.

Exchanges

At the moment, orders cannot be exchanged online. You must purchase the replacement product separately and return the original product for a refund.

General Return Process

  • Step 1: Get in touch with our customer support representatives at [email protected] to respond to any queries you may have and to explain why you are returning.
  • Step 2: Our customer service representative will provide you with return instructions and confirm the return address.
  • Step 3: Send the returned items back to the specified return address, making sure they are packed fully. Please save the appropriate proof of postage and make sure your things are securely wrapped.
